Perhaps a fuse in the power panel where the battery switches (big round battery switches Port & Stbd) are located. On my SCA this panel is located next to the stairs down to the salon.

That is a lot of added weight. I had no luck with my two Fortress and a lot of chain on my 41 SCA. Their (Fortress) recommendations might be best to follow. Not a lot of chain with a lot of anchor...
