Default Wet Or Dry Joint Manifolds

Hey all, and she finally has a name! Question is, now that the new engines going in, I need to replace the manifolds, spacers, and risers. And then, the question is wet or dry joint manifolds. I hear arguments both ways. Leaning towards dry. Also the set up now is Manifold, 3" spacer, 4" / 7.5 deg riser. Would this be the same for the dry joint?
