Default toilet intake hose replacement on 1996 2400SCR

We had a survey done and one of the items needing attention was the toilet intake hose. It is just heater hose and because it is below the waterline it needs to be replaced. I have removed the fridge and can probably pull it through but is there a method to running a new hose through? I am talking about the area between the engine compartment wall and the area where the fridge is.

It must be reinforced hose as it’s under suction since the pump is at the toilet. Where the hose penetrates the bulkhead must be sealed to prevent engine compartment fumes from entering the cabin.

Upon further digging I realized the aft berth headboard lifts up. Under that is a panel that will lift up and you can access the hoses and wiring that runs between the engine and fridge bulkheads. Hardest part was trying to remove the putty that was used originally to seal off these compartments. It had solidified pretty good over the years.
