Default Standing on glass deck portholes!

Hey people - I have a 2001 3300. It has three round bow deck portholes in the cabin ceiling/deck. I've told everyone not to step on them. But - have you? I've owned other boats where square glass ports of similar size are under a padded seat...I weight 225, and I've forgotten the port/glass was there when the pad was over it, and stepped on it many times - nothing happened.

Of course, I'd guess it's best practice to avoid stepping on them. I'm just curious if they are "rated" for weight or even designed to handle some.

I have 3300 and would not step on mine. Although they seem robust I can't see stepping on glass ending well.

I've got three round deck portholes on my 2900. I take care not to step on them.
