Default Maxum 4100 SCA 120V Port side Power issue

for some reason my port side 120V power circuit is not working. I'm getting 120V across the breaker but nothing at any port outlet. Any suggestions as to where to start diagnosing this?

I agree, that it's probably a GFCI. Since the outbound side of the breaker is good, I'd pull and test the AC going into the first outlet in the circuit.

The first outlet on the circuit should be a GFCI. If resetting it doesn't fix the issue and there is still good AC going in, but not coming out, then I'd replace the GFCI itself.
