Thatís the adapter for the remote oil filter. It should not be that loose which will cause a leak.

So can remove the upper 2 hoses to tighten it?

Tighten the bolt in the middle. No need to remove hoses unless you need clearance to the center.

If itís like the OEM adapter thatís on my boat you should remove it and install a new gasket then reinstall it snuggly.

With the OEM there is no center bolt as it just threads on like a oil filter.
