Default Need help finding a part.

Sorry guys, new boat and need a couple things so I am going to use ya! on the starboard side of the boat there are several what I assume to be vents. The is one a couple feet above the waterline and probably 4-5 feet aft of the head portlight that was clipped off by another boat from what previous owner told me. I dont know what it is called but will do the best I can to get a proper pic of it. I have no idea why it is upside down, I have tried to fix it 10 times. Anyways please do what you can to help. If the missing item you’re referring to is just below the the ‘U’ in the Maxum logo, that appears to be a sheared off thruhull fitting. I can’t identify for what as different models have outlets in different places. It would help if you post your model when asking questions

Look inside the ER and look for a hose that heads to that spot. You’ll then be able to measure what size you’ll need. These thru hull fittings can be found at any marine supplier.

I guess that makes a lot of sense. lol! I have a 1999 2800 SCR! Yes under the "U". After posting this I found some different ones that could work, just want to try to find one that matches as close as possible. My main problem was I couldn't remember what they were called. I figured today I would get down in the engine compartment to see how my access is to it so I get the proper size.

I’d recommend switching to stainless. The plastic ones get brittle after some years and will crack off at the slightest touch. I’ve replaced about half of mine (two broke, one cracked, and others preventative).

Stainless also looks nicer IMO, though having a mix of stainless and plastic doesnt.

Default 2004 Maxum 3100 SE - Starboard Side Engine vent in hull trim

Hi I am looking for replacement starboard engine vent trim piece for a 2004 Maxum 3100 SE. I have photo of the Port side trim vent and the missing Starboard side missing trim vent. Does anyone know how to get a mold or purchase a old trim oval ring that can be modeled or restored?
can send photos.
thanks,
