Default Depth Gauge

I have a 2002 Maxum 2100SD. The depth gauge only comes on when the boat is started but it should be on when the dash is turned on. Any ideas??

Power wire is more than likely attached to ing. side of ing. switch.
Should be straight to fuse block.

If you have the keyless push button system you most likely have the pc board dash as opposed to individual wires. You would need to isolate the power to the depth gauge and provide a switched power to it.
