Default Running Lights 3300 SCR

3300 SCR 2001 my running lights keeps blowing fuse but I can turn on the anchor light only and it does not blow the fuse. I have pulled all bulbs and turned on and blow a fuse so I know it’s not the bulbs. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated smart as comments not appreciated. Thanks

I would remove the port and starboard navigation light fixtures one at a time and disconnect the 12V positive wire to see if the fuse still blows. If it does still blow after both are disconnected then there is a short in the wiring. Have you done any work recently?
