Default Engine compartment ladder

I bought this 2001 Maxum 3500 SCR last October. Installed a ladder into the engine compartment. It’s much easier to get in/out when I need to, and is easily removable for forward access.

I have one. When I'm standing in my bilge, the sole is at my chest.
