Default Batteries

I always keep both batteries on.

What are you guys/gals doing ?

When not in use I keep mine turned off. I switch between battery 1 & 2 every other trip.

Both on to start and run, alternate based on odd or even day when hanging out.

The problem with doing it thus way is if there exists an excessive drain from a fault both batteries will be dead and you won’t have a backup to get home. This includes a long day on the hook with electronics on.
