No password is required.
Just go to the site http://www.maxumboats.com/index.asp
Click on "resources".
Click "parts manuals".
A new window will open.
Choose the year "2004" from across the top.
Choose the category "sport boat" on the left side.
Then click on your model from the list that appears.
That should be all you need to do.

What if your boat is a 1997 2100 SR2? As far as I can see they dont keep anything for a bout that age

Maxum only has catalogs to 1993 available for download. However, often parts remain unchanged for years on boats. This is especially true with parts like deck hardware. You may want to look at the 93 model and compare the illustrations and descriptions to what you have. You can also contact U.S. Marine and see if they can mail you a copy of an older catalog.

It’s been 17 years since the last Maxum was made so manufacturer support will fade.

Thank you for the reply and your time.

Maxum doesn't make the parts. They build the hull, they build the deck, they marry to the two together. The engine and drive are made by a sister company (Mercury/Mercruiser), then all the parts that are installed are third party.
Third party parts aren't inventoried. You can figure out, in most cases, what the third party is.
Hatches = Bomar
Cleats = Perko
Fridge = Norcold
Stove = Origo
Head = Jabsco
Sink Faucets = Whale
Table parts = Todd
A/c = Marine Airrr
Pumps = Jabsco; Johnson, Whale
A/C Pump = Seaflo
Steering = Teleflex
Water Heater = Seaward
Tell us what you're looking for and the replacement can be found 3rd party. If not the original, at least a suitable replacement.

Yes and no. Those catalogs used Maxum part numbers not the 3rd party manufacturer numbers that they bought them from. Other than the description they are not much help IMO.

Is the screw hole larger or smaller than a standard cabinet pull?
If it's smaller, it can be drilled out to accommodate the cabinet pull.
If It's larger, it can be filled with a dowel, then redrilled to accomodate a standard cabinet pull.
To fill it, either find a dowel that fits, or more likely, find a dowel just sligth larger. Drill it out to fit the dowel. Then cut the dowel. Glue the dowel and insert it into the
You might need to use a hanger bolt. you'd need to find one where the machine screw end fits a cabinet pull.
