Kelnzel Ensign Join Date: Jul 2023 Posts: 2	Help on getting boat to turn over I have done all the simple tricks of checking neutral, checking safety clip, battery volt, etc. But I still can not get my 1994 maxum to turn over. All electrical is working the boat simply won't turn over. All fluids been checked. Need help
