Default 1989 Force 125 - Runs rough at lower RPM’s

When I leave the boat dock and I am just starting to get the boat moving, it runs very rough. Once I throttle up and get it moving, it runs great and doesn’t really cause me any problems. When I slow down, it starts to run rough again. I ran the engine and sprayed both carburetors with carburetor cleaner to see if that would help but it did not make much of a difference. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it.

Sounds like the low speed circuit of the carb is partially clogged and a good cleaning by disassembling it is required.
