2007 maxim 1900sr3 electrical issue

So we were doing some work on our boat. We hooked batteries up and started to do a test run with earmuffs and everything worked fine, bist started no issues other than needing a jump due to low batteries. Took batteries out and out on charger, one was bad so we replaced. Put boat back together and hooked new batteries up. All accessories work but when we turn the key, we get no sound from the ignition, no guages, and no start or crank. Checked fuses under the console and they looked fine. Any suggestions?
