Hi group,
i have a 1991 27scr that was a basket case that i bought from a
resort about 2 years ago. I am not too knowledgeable mechanically with boats in general but am certainly willing to learn.

Why would someone that is not mechanically inclined buy a basket case? Was it a rental?

What is wrong with it?
