I jumped in with a question before introductions - sorry. We live at Lake of the Woods, Virginia - a gated community about 65 miles south of Washington DC, 55 miles north of Richmond and 55 miles NE of Charlottesville. We have two man-made lakes in the community - one is 500+ acres and the other is about 40 acres. Our boat used to live in Northern Wisconsin but got tired of the cold winters. It was purchased to give older kids and grandkids some additional recreation on the lake during the long summers.

How does it feel to be trapped? In the event of a Zombie Apocalypse , I have ocean access via the Potomac.
