Thumbs up Good day everyone!

I have a torrent of questions but before I start, figured I'd introduce myself...

Hi, I'm Haik.. I'm a first-time boat owner.
Just bought a 2006 Maxum 1900 SR3 with the 5.0L
Maintenance records are.. sketchy, but I heard it run and have been cleaning it up being as it's been somewhat neglected as far as spit-polish and shine..
Heard the motor run, sounds great, "seems" like everything works fine but I'll take it to the pro's to give it a once-over and full maintenance before use.

I'm really excited to get into boating. Turned 40 this year and we've always wanted a boat and just never could find the right timing but this boat literally fell on our lap (was for sale on our street).

Anyhow, hope to get lots of answers and advice from you all. Can't get this stupid grin off my face.

Welcome aboard

I hope you took it for a test run before buying it, as just listening to an engine with no load on it tells you little. Best of luck and enjoy.
