Default looking for location for 2 random disconnected wires

Sooo..I had my sterndrive and transom assembly replaced on my boat last year by my marina. I am replacing the manifolds and coming across a TON of stuff they didn't attach. They left the bonding wires off completely, couple of loose hose clamps....nothing critical I have seen so far, just lazy crap that is driving me nuts. I have 2 wires that I came across that I am baffled on where they are supposed to go. I did the usual that I do when trying to find a loose wire and look around for a loose or open bolt...they are not that long so pretty short options, but can't figure it out. Maybe they don't connect to anything, but doubt that. Both appear to be grounds of some sort. First one in the pic comes out of the same harness that the wires going to the big 50amp fuse on the engine. The spade one comes out of a harness bolted to STBD side of the engine.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Hard to tell but Mercruiser is known to have extra ground wires for options or diagnostics. Is everything working including the choke?

I'm in the middle of draining the engine and drive oil. Will fill them up tomorrow and then I can fire it up. I checked the choke area and all wires look connected. Didn't see any open spots on it.
