Jim you are correct it should be on when the Nav...

Jim you are correct it should be on when the Nav switch is on as well.

I would think that the two spliced together are both power one from the Anchor switch and the other from the Nav switch.

Perko and other have a replacement, short fixed...

Perko and other have a replacement, short fixed mount with dual bulbs. A quick search or west marina will give you results.

Jim was he original a combo light with 2 bulbs? Aft light is the stern running light and both are on for the anchor. Where is it located on the arch, top and just a short unit?
