Maxum 1800cr boat ladder

Hi..
New to the forum..
Just bougt a 1990 Maxum 1800xr ...it came with a 1 rung boat ladder..has anyone switched out their ladder for a longer one? Or modified their existing ladder?

I’m looking to do the same thing on my 1700 XR. Have you found anything that worked. I can figure a few options that may work but would like a factor solution if I can get it.
