been going nuts wanting to go too the boat for the weekend but the weather was either reeeeaallly crappy or our commitments were in the way...so ..some how...we're going to be on the boat this weekend...thanks racer...... 8)

This Weekend? Thats awesome, its too damn cold here, cant even work on the boat right now, got all my new gear and im ready to install. (gps, fishfinder, windlass, trim tabs, and still shopping for new lighting for he deck).

I'm chartplotting from my couch.

Default no boating for me :(

....got off work the other day and ran a few errands..you know..costco....accountant....then stopped off at kfc for a quick dinner and head home...we were going to go out on the boat friday after my wife got off work and head out to the other side of the sound....well...that idea was sunk at about 2 am...woke up with food poisoning....had the emt's come out and pick me up off the floor and check me out for a heart attack or something...I passed right out and hit the floor..then after they left ...I ended up with a full day of extreme diarhea.......
so this weekend was shelved until next weekend.....man..not only am I sore but bummed cuz I really wanted to go out on the boat....

Hey Seapuppy

Wasnt just you my man.. I had what i thought was food poisoning this past week as well (still think it was)..

I woke up with high fever and an extreme stomach ache one morning and then the fever went and stomache got worse and worse (never really expecrienced that before), another day or so and I would have checked into the ER..

Glad youre all better, i know it must have been a terrible 2 days.

BTW.. 48 Days and Counting..

Default Snow on the Potomac

What with 2 feet of snow coming tonite, it won't be this weekend, but the good ole Famer's Almanac sez spring is coming early and February is gonna be the end of the cold. I'm thinking first weekend in April..

YEAH..thanks to allah for not being on the boat...woulda filled up the santank in short order for sure......feeling better today here at work but man...feel like I was beaten with a ballpeen hammer..........guts are just flat out bruised......
I only wish this sorta stuff on my ex-wife....geez :shock:
