You need a larger house battery bank and a small portable generator. You should be able to get more than 6 hours from running fridge (where you also running stereo?).

Typically I run the generator every 12 hours (at breakfast and at dinner) for 2-3 hours to recharge the house battery bank, reheat the water in the water heater, recharge devices, and cook (stove, oven, microwave, etc).

I had a Maxum 2800 we were out for 18 days disconnected from shore power. We still had cold food and hot showers and the fridge ran non-stop.

With our current boat, our longest cruise, disconnected from the dock or power has been

11 weeks in 2022
10 weeks in 2021
8 weeks in 2020.

The Fridge was whacked, NovaKool is a very helpful company. They helped trouble shoot via phone, who does that these days!?! I have a fairly large house bat system with a charger and inverter. Normally get at least 48hrs without starting the engines or plugging in.
