Default Soft spot in floor by ski locker!

Went to my boat today and discovered a small soft spot in flooring by ski locker.
Is there any tricks to fix without having to cut out damaged area?
Boat is a 1950me 1998 I think

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Is it a glass floor or carpeted plywood?

It's a ply floor with carpet.

I would say the “proper” way to fix would be to tear out the entire deck and replace with cored glass. However that may go beyond the time and expense you are looking to put into this boat. Could also open up a Pandoras box of stringers, fuel tank and wiring.

What is your specific concern here? Is the deck in danger of collapse and posing a safety hazard, or is it more of an annoyance? If the former, probably should do something about it. If the latter, I would probably tolerate it and continue enjoying the boat.

No danger of collapse just annoyance.
Just thought there might of been a quick fix before she goes back in the water, in the next couple of weeks.

Maybe wedge a block of say pressure treated wood under there between the underside of the deck and whatever is below like the floor of the ski locker?

I would recommend drying it out completely and then sealing it with an epoxy resin. If you see any rot, I would remove that first though.
