Default My other toy/project

I just thought I might share and see if others would like to thow out a pic or two about something other than our lovely Maxum's, I have recently been doing some mods to my everyday driver, it is an Australian car made with a lot of american parts.

The 2009 Holden VE HSV Clubsport R8 is a 2009 model, it comes standard with a 6.2ltr GM motor, and produces 317KW, so after about 2 weeks I got bored with it, SO out comes the wallet and I ordered a Magnuson 2300 Supercharger, cold air intake, 60 pound injectors, and a twin 3" exhaust.

Fitted it all up and with some good tuning from a friend we put it on the dyno, we had some troubles strapping it down and could not really GO for it but i was more than happy with the outcome, I have ended up with a tad over 500Hp at the rear tyres so really cant complain, although the rear tyres are complaining A LOT

was a car fanatic before bought my boat
like the holden very much but still believe in the dogma of weight/bhp ratio
last 2 cars owned had both 400 bhp but no more than 1050 kg's (lotus esprit SE Turbo and TVR Tuscan red rose)
that's drivability
