Default SCR 3500 Waste system

Hi guys. My son accidentally filled the Waste Starboard inlet (outlet) instead of the Water inlet to full after our last trip. Any idea where the water would have gone? The waste holding tank is still empty.
On another note, the waste tank full light (next to head toilet paper holder) is on, but the holding tank is empty? Thanks

Problem solved. Australian boat. Waste starboard filler was not even attached and terminated at the Y pipe into engine room. Waste tank appeared empty however, after taking out the level float panel (on top) the tank was mostly full.
Problem....Mercerator fuse blown. Not emptying.

I don’t have a macerator option on my 3500. I’m confused. You say the waste outlet hose was not attached — so did it just let the water flow into the bilge ?

There is only ONE holding tank Inlet/Filler. It goes from the head to a fitting on the top of the holding tank. If you have a vacuflush, it goes from the head to the accumulator tank, to the holding tank.

There may be a through-hull that is used for the macerator to discharge.

What you're referring too is a 'deck plate' and it is used for Pumping Out the holding tank.

The flange of the deck plate should have 'WASTE' printed on it, while the deck plate to fill the water tank should read WATER, and like the fuel deck plate should read either Diesel of Gas.

It is a common problem. Be glad they didn't flood the fuel tank with water.
