Default Exhaust bellows replacement??

2001, 2300sc, 5.0 Mercruiser

With it being winter time figured time to replace the bellows. Just got done with the manifolds. Anybody have a step by step procedure or what tools that will make it easier.

Thanks in advance,
Shep

What a snow storm 13" in Virginia Beach, not used to that.

Cool bellows

I put a little dish soap on the inside of the bellows so they would slide and it worked great .

Don't you have to glue the bellows? How does the soap work with the glue?
