2001 maxum 2100sd questions

Hello all, I am thinking of purchasing a 2001 maxum 2100sd. I took her on a test ride and she maxed out at about 33 MPH is that about right? I am used to my 18' searay hitting 40+. It seems a little sluggish. The outdrive was a bravo 1.0 is that normal for the 8 cyl engine?

The Bravo 1 drive is a high performance replacement fir the Alpha 1 which is rated to 300 HP.

I would expect a higher mph.

What is the WOT for the boat? What is the prop size?
