Not sure how to take out the seats currently. I do not mind doing it and documenting it for others if this has not been done already.
The seat backs at the Settee slide UP. The seat bottoms are screwed in (I believe from below).

If I can clean it with a carpet cleaner vacuum I will, I do not mind the feel or the look as it is. Just needs to be cleaned if possible.
The fabric headliner should have a padded backing for insulation. If the staining is on the padding underneath, it will be tough to get at if you're shampooing the fabric on the surface. You may end up needing to pull the headliner and the padding and redo it.

(assuming you're gas not diesel)
Thank you for the very good point, I was simply overdoing it.. I am sure a switch would be best.

I thought I would update anyone who is interested how far I got iwith my "wishlist".

Electronics
Replacing the dash, gauges and cleaning up any loose or corroded wiring.
I do not like the large speedo and tach and neither work sooo, time to go.. I have experience with working with plastics and 12 volts due to working on cars through my 20ís.
Yes, got the Raymarine Axiom 7. Looks and works great! I still need to get the smartcraft wiring done so I can view the engine data.

I also added new speakers and a subwoofer, I personally like MB Quart and Pioneer. (I will add images later when I can upload them)

Projects
Adding a swim platform.
Purchasing through swimplatforms.com.
Yes, costly but, I really think that it came out fantastic.
(2100.00 for the platform total with delivery. 800.00 to have it installed.)
