Turn everything on and remove one fuse at a time to see what stops working. Now you can create a table for the fuse block.

When you say the radio light up is it just the back light or can you radio station numbers displayed and do they change when you scan? If the latter the radio is bad.

If the radio is lighting up, the panel fuse is good. If you have an aftermarket radio however, it may not have a fuse on the panel and instead wired directly to the battery.
First thing to check is the back of the radio itself, if it has multiple fuses then it may have one for the speakers.
Make sure the volume is up and you have the correct source selected (i.e. Aux input setting with no aux input will result in no sound). If you have just two speakers, someone could have set fade or balance incorrectly.
If you have an external amp, that is likely culprit; either loose wires or blown amp.
Also check the speakers with a multimeter. Is any voltage going to the speakers with the radio on and playing?

You have 2 or 4 speakers?
Your radio have 8 wires for the speakers, right?
give me the four colors what go to the speakers. And what two colors go for the front...

None of the speakers work? The amp might be blown. I doubt that all the speakers or speaker connections failed at the same time. Did someone install an external amp? Check whether the pre-amp output connection is in use. Then locate the external amp, that would be where the speakers are connected. IF no external amp and the speaker wires are connected to the head unit directly, then the internal amp might be dead.

Turns out radio was not putting any sound out although everything else on it worked and the speakers were also bad. Thanks for your help, I replaced the unit and speakers
