Hello
Any luck with the manual?
I have just bought a 1997 Maxum scr and have no idea what switch is for what.
Was wondering if you had the same rocker switch control panel
Regards

Welcome aboard .... tap on documents on the front page and that's where they are at. Basically the manuals are useless but give them a try......

Good luck

Thank you for your prompt reply.
Please see pic of switches attached. (These switches are on the right side of the wheel)
Do you have any what is for what?
Presuming you have the same sequence.
Regards

Thank you for your reply.
As I bought a used boat there are multiple things that don't work.
Did try but no luck.
Thanks and regards

That doesn’t look like the helm of a 2700, what model is this?

My mistake, the 1996 to 1997 is where the model changed designs. I was thinking of the 1996 and older helm.

I looked at yachtworld and another search engine for boats but none showed the helm close enough to read the labels. You could try calling one to see if they would be willing to send you better pictures.

Check main battery barrel switch for "on or "both" or Batt 1 or Batt 2. Do the switch lights illuminate when switched? If not check breaker, fuse, and 12v supply. You can also eliminate each switch through process, I see 13 switches:
1. Navigation Lights
2. Anchor Light
3. Courtesy Lights
4. Console Lights
5. Radio Arch Lights?
6. Bilge Pump #1
7. Bilge Pump #2
8. Blower
9. Aux
10. Spare
11. Spare
12. Spare
13. Spare

Yep horn, how could forget that one lol. My 1994 2700 scr dash looks totally different, by the way. 4 spare switches seems odd as well. Somebody on here will know what they are for.

I like the idea of finding a boat for sale and asking the owner to walk you through each switch....I would do it if someone called and asked me too.

Good work everyone. This just tells me winter is too long and I've been away from my boat so long I can't remember what all my switches do :-(

"I" added number seven to the modified list. Unless there is windshield wiper in any of the previous lists that I missed?
