Congrats on the boat! SCR stands for Sport Cruiser. Enjoy!

Hello Chasinggamie
Congrats on the new purchase.
I test drove one yesterday it has the 7.4MPI with only 470 hours.
Can I ask what your wide open throttle RPM is and what your speed is when cruising at 3200 RPM?
Maybe you don't have this motor set up???

Wide open throttle should be between 4400 - 4800 rpm's on all mercruiser engines. Speed at a specific RPM is arbitrary and dictated by variables like current, tide, wind and sea state.
