Josh, I ended up pulling my ice maker out and building/replacing the pop riveted flange around the ice maker itself. Just need to make the new flange wide enough to angle the ice maker to make it...

RumDum, there are many parts available for your uline ice maker, but if its too far gone you may need a new one. I have decided that I will have to build my own frame to make the ice maker sit level...
