I looked under Documents of this site a found a manual for a 2009, 2700SE which I believe is similar enough to yours and it shows the 12V socket on a 15 amp breaker.

Do you have access to the back of the sockets? If so try tracing the wires to see where they go, may be a fuse or breaker. Are any of your breakers labeled Assy?
