The trailer should work, bunks/rollers are adjustable and will probably need to be adjusted to your boats bottom.

Yes the trailers are generic and have adjustable bunks or rollers.

Definitely take a test ride and use an IR temp sensor to take reading of the engine and exhaust components as...
