If the lose increase I would not mess around...

If the lose increase I would not mess around getting it fixed. Also keep several quarts on boards just in case.

Not sure I understand the question, are you refering to your other post about the rear main seal? If so yes you should be able to wait but I don't know how quickly you are loosing oil.
