Look for an access panel on the starboard...

Look for an access panel on the starboard bulkhead behind the table. May be a screwed on panel so you may have to feel around in the carpet.

Can you post some pictures of the cabin ding table area?

Can you determine the relationship between where the thru hull fitting is in reference to the interior?

There should be interior access.

The thru hull can be accessed by removing the frig, 4 screws. Disconnect the hose from the pump and attached the new one to the hose so you can use it to pull the new one through the access behind...
