The temps look ok.

I don't think that hose carries water as it has no clamps on it. Maybe use to duct heat to the intake although I don't know why.

Well water boils at 212 so if you wait till 210 it will cost you $5K for a engine. The boat is rated for 12 persons or 1800 lbs, you had 1400 in folks plus gear which means pushing the max load then...
