So a booster seat? Pad to sit on that will raise you up?

A bolster is a seat that drop down and allow you to rest against the back while standing.

Not sure I understand what you are looking for, adding a bolster between the port and starboard back to back lounge seats or in front of them? Either way I don't see how to make that work. Some folks...
