The forward and aft bilge are connected so water...

The forward and aft bilge are connected so water can move from one area to another. Is the water fresh or salt? May be leak of head vs water system.

Rain can also leak in around the rail mounts...

Rob not sure I am following you, are you saying the main cabin carpet is getting wet? Cabin hatch leaking?

Or just finding water in forward bilge?
