I recommend you Google for the Mercruiser wiring...

I recommend you Google for the Mercruiser wiring diagram since they provide both the engine and helm harness. These are more accurate.

See if you have 12V on the B terminal of the...

See if you have 12V on the B terminal of the ignition switch. No voltage check that the 10 pin circular connector is fully seated on the engine harness.
