Yes the fuse boxes they used are low budget and corrosion issues are common resulting in poor connections. I recommend a Blue Seas unit.

Not sure I’m following you. Using a voltmeter you measured between battery negative and the fuse box negative; correct? If all is good you should get 0 volts as they should be connected.

It’s probably in the fuse block under the helm and is either 15 or 20 amp, however since you are getting 12V on the B wire the fuse is good.
