Yes. Gonna get fixed. Sad thing is motor has less than 20 hours on it. Either impeller failed or thermostat.

Outdrive holds pressure. Cannot find any issues with it.

Any tips on accessing the drive oil tube? It goes to the rear of the engine. Seems impossible to reach.

Ran it again after replacing oil and all noises etc were gone...hmm. So removed the outdrive completely. I think I should have removed the gear selector (?). See attached. What did I mess up here...

Its clicking the clutch gear or whatever when I spin it. And I can hear that knocking noise when running on hose. Gonna split it sometime this week and see if noise goes away.

So apparently I'm losing drive oil somewhere. Speedo isn't working either. Boat is in water so a little difficult to fully troubleshoot.

Would the two things likely be related ?
