any advise on best propellers for Maxum 4100 SCB year of 2000
current propellers 24 Dia.X23 pitch and achieved speed 15 knots and not achieving full RPM.
maybe changed by previous...

yes seal was leaking and i got new seals few weeks back,hopefully will finish repairs in dock and try new ones in water.

I lifted my boat and at yard they removed the old antifouling.as you can see from photos.and they are telling me that prevuios work done wrongly and removal was by grinding and these photos shows...

I did take the measurements of shaft and found 2"...

I did take the measurements of shaft and found 2" dia.and stern tube is 3.5" and got it imported from US via supplier.
