Steering Lever Replacement
Hey All
Has anyone replaced a steering lever? Mine is pretty rusty, but I cannot find anything on the internet to help decide if I can DIY or if I need to hire it done.

Trim troubleshooting question
Port outdrive will trim up with the throttle switch, but not down.
Starboard will trim down with the throttle switch, but not up.
Trailering switches don't seem to do anything.
Can raise/lower...
