check that the neutral safety switch is not...

check that the neutral safety switch is not engaged. if you were changing out the shift cable maybe it is out of adjustment. the motor thinks it is in gear and will not start.

works better expected. i also put a "whale tail " on the out drive and it pops right up on plane and i get 5-7 mph better at WOT. not sure why but i will take it.

Faria will rebuild them for way less than buying new ones. give them a call. i did my tach 3 years ago and it come back better than new.

most parts are not to hard to find. it depends on what part. the engine and outdrive parts are available. some specific "maxum" part you will need to hunt for.
