HOW do I get this trim panel out of my 4600

I need to access the base of my Stanchions to tighten and fix a leak, but I can NOT get this trim panel in the front cabin loose. Does anyone have experience or suggestions on how to get this piece...

Forward Bilge area in 4600 scb stays wet all over!

Hey Gang,
The entire bilge compartment under the forward steps is constantly wet/moist, along with the cabin sole carpet under the steps/cover. It's as if it's being sprayed or splashed regularly....

I'm not aware of a filter at the Fresh Water pump? I have good water pressure/flow out of the hose from the dock, but when I'm using shore water, the pressure/flow is much lower than from the FW...

aft berth, should be inspected and cleaned often."
I can not find any floor...

Thanks for the help running this down. Turns out we had tripped both house breakers in the aft hatch. My bigger question is what the heck happened to throw those breakers....
