Hej All. Got A maxum 1800sr with a 3.0 Merc and Alpha II drive...my Q is about the propeller! I have a (21501511 ALU) 15 -1/4 - pitch 15" mounted but his one provides very little speed at cruise around 22-24kts (about 26mph). Is it correct - If I increase the pitch to 17" that the prop should be slightly smaller in diameter?
Appreciate any prop advice from you experts out there.
