we ran ours at about 30 mph here in the sound when it was smooth water...I'd spin the engine at around 4k rpm with the b3 drive...our best guestimate was about 14-16 gals p/hr....depending...

for one I'm not sure I'd have the hydrofoil on ..as you stated..it will make the boat a little more...
