The side panels are screwed through the rubrail, so to remove that you need to remove the rubrail cap, then find the screws which are holding the interior panels and remove them that way.

I believe they screw the panels into place, then upholster them. I believe the vinyl and padding need to be removed to reveal the screws in the panel underneath.
